Ed is a world-known leader of cultural transformation and change. He has directed the strategic integration of Employee Involvement, Employee Engagement, Lean+ and Knowledge Management, as well as all facets of operations (including commercial and military programs) for the largest aerospace company in the world. He has held a multitude of program management and leadership positions. Ed began his career in aerospace in Production Operations and has has a wide variety of progressive leadership positions, achieving exemplary results.
