CHANGE MANAGEMENT: TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Successful transformation might be initiated from the leadership level, but it is implemented throughout the client organization by the workforce.  As such, allowances must be made for all team members, including the following...

• Establish expected performance goals
• Provide resources needed (technical, training, etc.)
• Clarify leadership expectations
• Mutually agreed to commitment and responsibilities
• Providing necessary business information to the workforce to clearly understand their role

Goals must be clearly explained to everyone involved, and the process for reaching these goals must be laid out along with expectations.  Changes necessary to reach these goals may require new training and reallocation of resources.

Everyone in the organization must understand the vision, W.I.I.F.M. (What's In It For Me), what's expected of them, how they can contribute, etc.  We believe employees want to be part of a successful enterprise and, if they understand how they can make a difference, they will.
