LISA SPRENKLE JONES, PRINCIPAL

Lisa Sprenkle Jones is an organizational development and human resources specialist and consultant, and is co-owner of Organizational Performance Consulting.

Lisa has over 18 years experience in organizational development, including succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching, multi-source feedback, performance management and competency-based application development.

Prior to founding OrgPC, Lisa held various positions in large, global consulting firms including Capital H Group, Deloitte & Touche, Arthur Andersen and Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Lisa spent the early years of her career as an internal consultant and human resources specialist in hospitality, retail and financial trade organizations.

Lisa has successfully implemented programs for both profit and non-profit organizations.
